The shooting actually took place in Coronado, not Colorado. It's too bad cooler heads didn't prevail. Off-duty situations are confusing at best, especially in a chase environment where no one knows who's who. A man could have been killed, but luckily wasn't. The Chargers will indeed miss Foley. Bad situation all around.
