    Colts Sign Kerry Collins

Other quarterbacks under consideration by the Colts were Jake Delhomme and Marc Bulger, sources told Mortensen.
Man I would have like to see Marc run that team even if it was for just three games...

    Collins over Bulger?

Yeah he did but I'm sure he would come back to line up with them... Collins, 38, announced his retirement earlier this summer, he came back.

Former teammate Anthony Becht said Bulger had upwards of six teams interested in him when he chose to retire, so I kind of doubt that a phone call from the Colts would reverse his decision. It sounds like he's happy to call it a career and move on with his health.

Nick you may be right... but of those six teams how many where the Colts and how many where offering him to come in and start with a playoff team.

I think Marc would light it up for the Colts in a fill in role until number 18 returns... would have be fun to see...

I'm glad he went out on his own terms, but I would have liked to see him play behind a solid line one last time... as long as it was not in AZ.
