    The combine is fast approaching, work on your bench press!

    It wont be long before the combine is here. How many reps can you do at 225? To this day i can not believe that adam archuleta did 41 (or more) reps while weighing about 205. That is beyond comprehension for anyone that lifts.

    225 is a bit below my max, on a good day, i can do 2 reps at 225. I hear that Hubison can do 25 without breaking a sweat.

    225 lbs as in two hundred-twenty-five pounds...I'm not to proud to admit that that is out of my league. See I'm stuttering even thinking about it. (that that) I like working out and still do at my age but that's not even on the radar. I like the pink weights...

    I might could get 225 twice on a good day.
    But it's been a while since I've done any heavy workouts. Dang I need to get started back (and I'll be saying that for the next 60 or 70 years of my life now)
