Mike Chappell, of the Indianapolis Star, reports the Indianapolis Colts will release DL Corey Simon. Simon was not invited to attend the team's Super Bowl ring ceremony Wednesday, June 13.

I don't know about that. The guy ballooned up when he went to the Colts, and I heard he was really out of shape and having problems with weight control.
wow not invited to the ceremony! that's an interesting note. I wonder what happened. Out of shape is one thing but that sounds like character issues
He's had some significant injury issues, as I recall. Didn't play at all in 2006, I don't believe.
i think it was some major illness that stopped him from playing.
D-O-N-E, he contributed nothing in Indy. Why would we consider a 2nd rate has-been like this? We surely have learnt from the Claiborne and Sehorn debacles..
the guy sure could play in his time at Philly but we wouldn`t be getting that kind of production so no thanks!
