    Danario Alexander

No, this is not a thread arguing that Danario should have been kept on the Rams team. This is just a thread stating that he had a nice game for the Chargers on Thursday. He could definitely be injured next game, but the fact remains he showed his big play ability against the Chiefs. Yes, most players look good against an abysmal Chiefs team, but I am happy to see he found a home where he can contribute. Whether or not he succeeds with the Chargers, I was happy to see a good game out of a guy who has battled as hard as he can to stick in the Pros.

I don't think anyone here wished Alexander ill will- to the contrary, there were a lot of well-wishes from people. Most simply realized, however, that he had run his brief course with the Rams. He simply wasn't a part of the long term plans here- despite his occasional big play ability- because of his injury risk. I hope the guy stays healthy and can carve out a modest career for himself.

    Danario Alexander

I was at the chargers game Thursday with my boss.( our company has season Tickets. It is def a nice tax write off !!!) it seams to me that DX has refined his route running because he looked sharp Thursday night. He had a wonderful catch on an out pattern, ran the post and dog routes well. I did not see him run one 9 route in which that seams like all he did on the rams. I wish him the best, deserves another chance ...

I never claimed that people did wish him ill will. I know most people liked Alexander. I am aware of the reasons he was cut. The thread is simply to state that it is nice to see him catch on with a team.

As a big DX fan, it was great to see him back on the field, making big plays. Although he didn't look to have much of a burst off the line, as bruce4life mentioned, his route running looked great. I think he's only going to get better as he works his way back into playing shape, and I'll bet he pays dividends for the Chargers.

I think you can put DX in the same bag as Donnie Avery. We need consistency at the WR position and these guys just couldn't stay on the field.

Watching the Bolts vs Bucs game. Danario just had a NICE 80 yard TD. Good for him!! I know his injuries never got him going full speed, but I enjoyed watching him when he was with us, wish he still was.

That 80 yarder was spectacular. The NFL. com headline was "Alexander the Great".

Well guys. Look at DX numbers against Tampa. Why did we let him go?!?! Oh and Avery is worth another menton.

Both are ticking time bombs their knees could explode at any time.

If you don't remember DX and Avery both were injured just about every time they went out there. They can both put up big numbers but they are easily injured.

I wish both these guys the best....wish it would have worked out as Rams but people are paid lots of money to make these decisions....best way to answer is to get the Rams a true number 1 soon

Unlike Danny 'Humpty Dumpty' Amendola? Already knocked out of today's game...again.

It's tough to invest in a WR who has injury issues. Danario is great (I still think if he were healthy he'd be a top 5 WR) and I was a huge fan of his, but you can't get go week in and week out not knowing if DX is even going to play on Sunday. Avery started out nicely but lost reliability as our top WR. Laurent Robinson, well...
