Difficult "other" games
I find myself rooting against both the cheatroits and the seachickens. This means I am in effect rooting for both teams that I hate to root for.
Also, in the skidbirds game, they pick off a pass in the endzone with 3:07 to play. They are down by 3. The only reason the WR couldn't get to the ball was because he was seriously held, yet no flag. Think maybe the RAMS can start getting officials to ignore such blatant penalties when they get 3 games above .500?
I forgot to mention... Nice to see the whiners being punked by the Gnats.

Re: Difficult "other" games
You mean "can the Rams get some breaks?"...as in Sam Bradford getting a TD when he wasn't in the endzone and coughed the ball up if he was?
Boo hoo. What you really mean is, "we suck, please help us"...
1999 Rams were only in the Superbowl from a BAD CALL against the Bucs' Emanuel, so quit whining.
Maybe you'll be good when they go back to a real city like LA.

Re: Difficult "other" games
As a Seattle fan, do you really expect us to take you seriously? Your'e bitter after the Rams slapped your Seahawks around, and your 12th man group all cried like babies when the entire sports world was outraged at the worst non-call in NFL history. Please.
Shouldn't you be at home with fellow Seahawks fans celebrating your win over New England? THAT was an impressive win, with no help needed from the officials.

Re: Difficult "other" games
IF the Hawks doing anything this year BIG if... they will be haunted by the worst call in the league history. The hawks find themselves in a no win (asterisk) season. No matter what they do this year it will always be BUT.... they got that game they did not win.

Re: Difficult "other" games
Yes, you're right, the seachickens do suck. And they are already getting the breaks, and all the help the officials can pass their way. Really,... intentional grounding by throwing it away like every other team in the game, just so they can't kick a FG at the end of the half?
Is some neon green seapigeon feeling a little unworthy for their team, and trying to devert attention by bringing up the past?
Worse yet, the past was a valid call (that you just can't accept) at the time the call was made. I saw that call made several times through the 99 season. It is not until that bad rule saw the light of day in the post season that it was modified. Unlike the bad tuck rule that still exists (thank you refs) to this day. A really bad call (not supported by the bad rule) that would have had the RAMS playing Oakland in SBXXXVI.
Too bad the seachickens don't have a real city to move to. No one, outside of a town that can't drive in inclement weather, wants a team with such ugly colors. Got a little coffe shop to hang out in, until the rain stops?
