    It's mind boggling that the Dolphins players and coaches tuned to Incognito to resolve team issues and make things better. I think we have a case of the chickens coming home to roost.

    In a sense, Richie is leadership material. That would be the same sense that Khan from the Star Trek movies is also a leader. You know, except for not being brilliant or anything. But he has a forceful personality, speaks out, apparently has gotten people to bond around a common--if malevolent--culture. He is a leader in the sense that every gang leader is. What gets really uncomfortable about this is the cognitive dissonance between wanting to root for and admire these guys as icons of hard work and athletic prowess while also realizing that you might not want to run into Richie and his boys on the street in any other context.
