Any other Rams fan see a problem with this???
I do. It appears from those numbers that Ram fans have been intimidated into not discussing Bulger's performance by accusations that they are not true fans.

I agree, but tell that to those saying Bulger still looked inconsistent despite completing over 67% of his attempts.

i can probably sum it up for you people. It all started when the o-line started playing like ****! All the concusions and other things started to happen. This line in N.Y. f'n sucks,so basically how would any of you play? Bulger does not have my vote as a better Q.B. When we are down ,I don't feel he brings that edge to come back ! Oh yeah, sunday he brought the team from behind and a win is a win. If the rams would have played even Cinncy sunday there would have been no "W" Trust me! The F*&%N cardinals? Give me a damn break. Faulk looked awesome, now he just needs a real Q.B.!!!!!!!

Nick, my friend, this will never be settled until some undergo a (and please pardon the cheesy MBA grad school expression) paradigm shift. From '99-'01, the Rams beat other teams like 4-year-olds at K-Mart. But then (for whatever reason) the disaster of '02. Blame Martz, blame Warner, blame the pope, it's irrelevant. The point is the thing that we were used to, the big wins, were no longer going to be a part of the Rams weekly sessions. What took its place is the point of controversy. Instead of beating the opposition by 30 and scoring at will, we now sputter and flutter our way through, but many more times than not, we win.

Some fans have got used to the big wins and anything (or anyone) less than that simply won't do. Is Bulger going to win 2 MVPs in 3 seasons? No, but he doesn't have to. He is one of those rare athletes who manages to play just half a tick above the level of his competition. It's frustrating against the lesser teams, but can be inspiring against the better teams. However, the bottom line is: He usually finds a way to win.

Until some come to accept the fact that we don't need a QB with a triple digit rating to win, I'm afraid the debate will continue.
"Before the gates of excellence the high gods have placed sweat; long is the road thereto and rough and steep at first; but when the heights are reached, then there is ease, though grievously hard in the winning." --- Hesiod
