Re: Falcons release Melton, sign Pruitt
Yeah, we're so filled w/ injuries in the secondary and LBs that we have to pick players up weekly from our practice squad and pray no one gets hurt again. We should be getting Duncan and Hall back in a few weeks which would greatly help our already desperate depth situation.
Re: Falcons release Melton, sign Pruitt
We have little depth on defense, especially with those key injuries, and there really isn't a lot of experience at Safety behind out starters either.
Re: Falcons release Melton, sign Pruitt
We're pretty thin at depth on the defensive side, too. Only five freakin' linebackers, and one (Pisa Tinoisamoa #50, keep an eye out for him) is already hurt. Thank gawd he'll be coming back this week.
And please, don't mention Jamie Duncan's name around here. :D
Re: Falcons release Melton, sign Pruitt
Make that two. Trev Faulk tore his hamstring.
