    Re: Farveruh retires

I am inclined to believe him this time. First he has no animosity built up toward him in Minnesota like he did in Green Bay and New York. Also he is walking away from a superbowl favorite, that itself is pretty hard to do. Lastly, the man is 40 years old, I cant think of many people that arent punters and kickers lasting that long.

Favre is not allowed to retire yet. According to my research, he is scheduled to play at least one season with every team in the NFL before he can legally and permanately retire. He is scheduled to play his year with the Rams in 2014, so we don't have a long ways to go before we can enjoy his presence for a year.

Reports he has been seen still working out with the high school team in Mississippi...meanwhile the Vikes have offered $16 million, with another $4 million in incentives.

I think he's still playin' this year.....drama queen.

Roger Goodell should just save us the drama and ban him from the NFL.
