The Associated Press reports former Green Bay Packers QB Brett Favre has not turned in the papers making his retirement official. When Favre files his papers the Packers will strike $11.4 million from their payroll.

Didn't we have the same thing pop up with Faulk earlier last year?
He may have just not got around to signing them, as it was with Marshall.
Then again, he's almost retired about 5 times, so it wouldn't surprise me much to see him come back, lol.
