I must admit, it was fun to watch the Hags go from eight miles high to six feet under in a matter of seconds.
It's also hilarious to hear Carroll whine about Bryant getting a "practice" kick on the play he called a time-out to ice him. SHUT UP AND GO HOME PETE! YOU LOSE!:D
Im definitely not a falcons fan by any means but I have to say I was doing the dirty bird after that win.
Pete carroll showed no class in the closing seconds of the loss. Caught on camera being the classless jerk that he is. Sherman was a classless clown throughout most of the game with his finger twirl at the side of his head. He gets off on a positive PED test via a technicality then acts like that on national tv. I suppose procedures are procedures so great call NFL (Bob Wallace) on letting him off the hook. I'm happy they lost!
I do have to say though. .I'm not sure if its fair that bryant got that practice kick. I think off-season they might make a rule of illegal motion or something if they do that
I think Bryant kicked the ball after hearing the whistle, but come on, these coaches try and make the time-out at the last possible second, so I see nothing wrong with kickers taking a free shot. If Carroll didn't want Bryant to take a "practice" kick, he shouldn't have played cute with his time-out call.
As far as a rule change, I don't see how that's possible when time-outs are called so late.
With all the gross OL holding that Seattle got away with in that game, there is not a single seachickens fan that has any right to talk about unfair officiating. There were several time where the RDE's shoulder pads were up over his helmet, yet no holding was called. Shoot, the fail mary was the first of a LONG LINE of officiating that went in their favor this year.
