Fletcher signs with redskins

ESPN news just reported the Redskins just signed London Fletcher to a 5 year deal,they just never seem to run out of money.

where the hell does the money keep coming from, yep I know the owner but it just mind blows me !!!!!!

I too can't understand how they are ever under the cap. They must have alot over underpaids to go along with the overpaids.
