Freak of Training...
http://www.protectmanagement.com/video/freak.htm
Adam Archuleta was't going to let his size or speed hold him back. With lofty aspirations of one day starring in the National Football League, Adam knew that his scrawny physique would never get him there. He had to make himself stronger, faster and more explosive. With an intense fire and fury, The Freak of Training became a legend - elevating himself from an undersized college walk-on to a First-Round draft selection in the National Football League.
This workout video introduces you to Adam's unique training program and how he, with the help of his trainer Jay Schroeder, did it. As you master these beginning exercises, you too will realize dramatic improvements in strength, speed and explosiveness and be on your way to reaching your ultimate athletic potential! :|

You too can ride the pine for the Washington Redskins!!

Re: Freak of Training...
I would think at this point they would use Freeney (who does the same workout as Arch) for their marketing spots.

Re: Freak of Training...
Now if they had only taught arch pass coverage and how not to lead with his head when he tackled, he might still be a productive player for the squad.

Re: Freak of Training...
ya its amazing what he can do in the weight room... some say arch will be headed to chi town this offseason.... do you think there could be any reunion in detroit with martz or maybe even haslett bringing him back and use him as a linebacker???

Re: Freak of Training...
He is not big enough to be a linebacker and he cant cover to save his life, and thus, he is very limited as a safety. A tweener who has a long history of injury problems, this is not a guy we need.
