Retired:tongue:Ahmed Plummer
The CB's look decent. Law would be great for cheap but he won't sign for cheap as hard as corners are to find.

If we could get someone to take Butler's contract, Law might be a steal.

Re: Free agents still looking for a job as of 6/18
I am not ready to throw in the towel on Butler yet. Having all this competition in camp might just bring out the best in this kid. We all know he has the potential.

As long as Law remains in the Poston stable he will never be a steal.

Re: Free agents still looking for a job as of 6/18
Wouldn't mind taking a look at him. He's healthy, in his prime, has been effective, started the 2nd half of last season for the Benglas and did allright. He's not a secondary saviour, but could prove himself useful at either S spot.Ifeanyi OhaleteFive years younger than Turk with similar numbers.......couldn't hurt anything.Kyle Richardson"Before the gates of excellence the high gods have placed sweat; long is the road thereto and rough and steep at first; but when the heights are reached, then there is ease, though grievously hard in the winning." --- Hesiod

Re: Free agents still looking for a job as of 6/18
Are u kidding me? Butler is one of the few certainties on our defense imo and is poised for a strong return this season. As I stated earlier, I would love to sign Ty Law, but that is just a pipe dream. Meanwhile, Butler is a rising, very solid CB and at the present time is our best.If we could get someone to take Butler's contract, Law might be a steal

If Faulk retires, Stephen Davis?
Maybe we should bring back L. Gordon and T. Banks.

I think Stephen Davis has already announced his retirement.
