The Associated Press reports <A href="http://www.kffl.com/team/23/nfl">
Minnesota Vikings head coach
Mike Tice was upset with the number of
Pittsburgh Steelers fans in the seats during the Vikings' Week 15 game at the Metrodome. The Minneapolis Star-Tribune reported that Tice estimated their numbers at 15,000 to 20,000 fans. By Tice's estimation, it means that at least 10,000 of the Vikings' season-ticket holders sold their tickets. "It confuses me, I guess," Tice said. "Maybe they're not really diehard season-ticket holders or maybe they needed the money for Christmas presents. I don't know. One of the two." Tice added that the number of fans at the game affected the Vikings' home-field advantage.
Tice went on to say "Besides, I thought it was established that I am the primary ticket scalper in Minnesota. How dare they cut into my business like that! By the way, I've got some floor seats to the upcoming Coldplay concert if you're interested."

I watched an interview with Darren Sharper not too long ago, and he said the first thing Tice said to him whenever they met prior to Sharper signing with the Vikes was, "Do you need any Super Bowl tickets?" I thought that was kind of funny.
