Anyone know if they are discussing a rookie cap system for the new CBA?
well, the union president already informed his players that they shouldn't expect a CBA so I'd say the level of discussion is probably pretty limited at this point. I don't think the parties on either side are supposed to be discussing specifics with the media and public.Quote:

I think Goodell once said he wouldn't bring in a new CBA without a rookie pay system. Either way, there are several other issues keeping it from being done, and I wouldn't expect them to have it fixed anytime soon.
