Here comes Kurt for the two minute drill.... and gets sacked twice in a row. Looks like pretty poor blocking. Missed blitz pick-up on the first sack.

Kurt: "I know I'm not going to be here for 5-6 years."

Try two, Kurt. You'll be lucky to see the second year of the contract you signed. Hate to say it, but it's true.

I thought this was kind of symbolic. As the game ends, the players take the field and Eli Manning goes and shakes hands with Panthers starting quarterback Jake Delhomme. Kurt Warner goes and shakes hands with Panthers back-up and potentially third string quarterback Rodney Peete.

It was good to see Mark Fields play again. He had five tackles in the game. To come back from Hodgkins Disease like that is inspirational.

Agree Tx! He had a couple of sacks as well I believe.

I always liked this guy. I can't believe he never really caught on in St. Lou.

His story and Sam Mills' story are very inspiring. He looked solid last night.

Manning looked good as well. This kid is very impressive, if he continues to learn from the experience around him, he could be something special.

Did anyone see Warner's INT returned for a TD? I wasn't watching the game at that time, and didn't see under what circumstances it happened.

It was a bad idea from the beginning. 4th and 2, Coughlin wants to go for it. Everybody in the Western hemisphere knew what was coming. A 3-step drop which the corner jumped immediately and caught Warner's pass in stride for 6.

You're absolutely right, it was a bad decision. I can only assume during regular season Coughlin would punt there.
