That was a great game! So much for all those who said the West sucks!!!
I completely agree with flip. As mad as I still am about the loss (I haven't watched ESPN or anything NFL related since the Rams game, until I started watching the second half of the Saints game), we need the West to be represented well.
I have to honestly say this makes the sting of losing so much easier.
1. there is no way they go farther than next week.
2. that being said the seahawks get a worse pick in the draft
3. we got beat by a team that in turn beat the superbowl champs, and actually beat chicago at home too
4. the west was represented well the first round of the playoffs
And did anyone else notice they ALMOST called them the seahags I heard it barely i think it was in the 3rd quarter or so.
makes the burn of not going a little less severe. no way whatsoever would we have scored 41 points to win that game. and marshawn lynch's run was probably the best thing i've ever seen
I dont care. I still wanted them seachickens to get spanked. Atleast they now pick #25
That was probably the best run I've ever seen, and I agree with you guys about it stinging less. Although, the way the Saints D played without Jenkins, its still tough to think about what it could of been.
We put together a couple of nice games in a row, maybe we're peaking at just the right time.
I heard it too... it was just a minuscule reshuffle, but there was definitely a "Seahag-awks!" that was said.
As much as I hate to say it, good job Hawks. You proved that even if our champion was 7-9, it means nothing when everyone goes back to 0-0. I hate Carroll more than any coach but Darth Hoodie, and even that is close, but he does get your players fired up and ready to play. It'll be interesting the next few years to see how the West is won.
To the West! Best division in football. With Spags, Harbaugh, and Petey, things ought to be real interesting next year.
