This thread has NOTHING to do with the Rams. Sheppard is an afterthought, a washed up CB that was always overrated ...
Geez, can't wait to see the Jay Cutler thread show up, since he has demanded a trade after being stabbed in the back by the new wonder boy coach ...

Well, considering that Lito is no stranger to Spags. Then consider that the Giants with Spags and the Rams with Spags showed no interest in him. The Giants get him after Spags leaves.
I don't think Spags wanted him.

I'd rather have Bartell long term, than Lito for a year. He has a 10 mil bonus due next year so he is most likely hitting the FA market.
