I think I'm Gonna Puke!
Right now, Mom, Sami, and I are watching the NFC Championship game on TV.
Mom - yes, MOM! - is actually CHEERING for the (GASP!) squawks!!!! And, she's encouraging Sami to cheer for them also! (remember, Mom is who got me started watching the Rams!):sad:
I do believe the squawks earned the right to be where they are, but I just can't fathom Mom and Sami actually cheering for them. 
I'm going to the medicine cabinet to find some Rolaids and Pepto-Bismol.

Guilty here too I'm afraid. I rooted against the Seahawks last week to see the playoff losing streak continue, but since they won, I'm pulling for them to go all the way. I don't like them, but I have loads of respect for what they have done this season and how they have done it. They have earned their success and let's face it, they're definitely NOT the whiners. I know a lot of Seahawk fans and they are generally good people. If any group of fans can legitimately be called the 12th man, they can, and they have a flag to prove it.
I must admit, it feels very strange pulling for a team I had a lot of contempt for during the season.

I watched it with my roommate and could not stay focused. It was not an interesting game. The seahawks defense had their way with the panthers. Jake had a pretty crappy day. It was lopsided and boring. I don't know why, but none of the seahawk players catch my eye.
Personally I am pulling for the Steelers to win the big one.

I just want a good game. If I have to get out of bed at 6.00am hobble down 122 steps to my local bar, not drink any beer and sit there nursing a soda for 5 hours I want a good game.

I'll be rooting for the steelers,just because it will be their 5th SuperBowl title.It will also waterdown the Cowgirls and ******* achievements.
We'll still have two shots at the NFC champs.

Well, I'm guessing he's more or less rooting against the legacy of the Whiners and Cowpokes than he is for the Steelers.
