I'd Love to see Brady Quinn as a Ram!
Any chance of trading for Brady Quinn and giving him a shot to start for the Rams????
The Rams are one team that I haven't heard for Quinn...why not?
He'd be much better than Bulger at this time.

Re: I'd Love to see Brady Quinn as a Ram!
See my post from earlier in the week on this topic. The majority of the people on the board were not in favor of giving up a mid round pick for quinn.
I see no evidence that he is better than bulger, but i would be happy to add him for a mid round pick. Quinn has never acccomplished a thing at the nfl level.
Reasonable people can differ on this of course (ie quinn's value and potential vs a mid round pick)

I believe Quinn would be a great addition to the team, especially for a mid-round pick as it would give us one less need and at least secure a QB for the immediate time while waiting for a less risky future draft pick injury wise. Also if Quinn worked out then great for us. But it doesn't seem like we are interested at this point.

Yeah, I have to agree, GC. On its face, it doesn't seem like a terrible idea- after all Quinn was a high draft pick and is very young. But indeed, he hasn't done anything in the NFL yet and was unable to permanently displace Derek Anderson as the starter. It doesn't speak very highly of his ability.

He actually won the starting job last year. The Browns (in their infinite wisdom) pulled Quinn to avoid paying him a bonus for taking a certain number of snaps on the season. So when week 10 came around they put him back in, knowing he wouldn't reach that number.
Hard to imagine why a bunch of their FO people got the chop at the end of the season and they brought in Holmgren.

I don't think it's a bad ideal, maybe a change of scenery would do him some good.

Do you think we could get Brady Quinn and Suh for the same price we would be paying Bradford. Im Bradford all day, but money comes into everything, and we'd be addressing 2 spots instead of one.
Id like to get Bradford then get Gresham in the 2nd,
Cmon draft!!

Re: I'd Love to see Brady Quinn as a Ram!
The Cleveland Browns have traded quarterback Brady Quinn to the Denver Broncos for fullback Peyton Hillis and a 2011 draft pick. The teams announced the trade Sunday and said the deal is pending physicals. Quinn's departure comes one day after the Browns agreed to terms with free agent Jake Delhomme on a two-year contract.
