    A LB that runs a 5.0 just isn't in high demand.

    Not only that, but his three cone number was pretty poor. This was a guy widely considered a first day ILB prospect prior to workouts, but fell like a brick after those numbers especially his Pro Day. You don't exactly have to be Speedy Gonzalez out there at ILB in the 3-4, but I don't think Dallas is overflowing with great ILB depth either, so their cutting Parham is an interesting statement on how Parham was fitting into their 3-4 mix. Wouldn't be shocked to see the Pats take a look at him, though.
