HALF FULL: The defensive tackle's agent said he's not attending the workouts because of family business and will attend training camp. It would help greatly if he showed up in shape. Jenkins has had weight issues. But, once upon a time, he was the best defensive tackle in football. Maybe, just maybe, he can be that again.

HALF EMPTY: The real question could be whose camp will Jenkins be in? The Panthers shopped him during the offseason, and it's clear neither side is thrilled with the other.

The problem I see with this guy is length of contract and $ he'll want. If we get him and our youngsters come up big or he comes up snake eyes were worse off then if we just pass on him,Que no?

Maybe the Panthers asking price will go down once they see that probably nobody will take that big of a risk.
