Is Kurt Warner a H.O.F.???

I don't know any Rams fans who don't want Kurt to make the HOF, and most think he will. Maybe we should debate something more controversial, like whether the sun rises in the East or in the West.

Ok.. we can discuss whether he's H.O.F.

For me, that means Hall of Fame.. I say he's in....

I think it's closer than we fans may think, because I think some voters are going to have concerns about the number of years in which he was really successful compared to the numbers of years where he wasn't even the clear starter.

But if the vote was had after this season and I had to pick in or out, I'd guess he'd probably be in. Though I feel another season or two of high quality play would really cement it.

The man is a legend and has done more than enough to secure inclusion into the Hall. Obviously many disagree, but I'd be shocked if he doesn't get voted in.

I don't understand what people are looking for from this guy, his stats are much better than some of the guys already in the hall,not to mention his Super Bowl stats,he may not be a 1st ballot guy but he is in and I will be there cheering my a** off when it happens,and on another note the Arizona sun has been very good to his wife,I like the long blonde hair instead of the spiked look she gave us while in St. Louis.

I also think he's on the fence. He would have solidified himself a spot with a win yesterday but it didn't happen.

Some of his credentials are impressive though.

- Super Bowl
- 1 Super Bowl MVP
- 1 Season MVP
- Lead the best offense of all time for three years
- Been to three Super Bowls
- He has the best 3 games for any QB in Super Bowl history (He's 1st, 2nd and 3rd in most yards in a Super Bowl).

Kurt Warner has 3 Super Bowl appearances, a Super Bowl Championship, a Super Bowl MVP, 2 NFL MVP awards (1999, 2001), and is currently 5th in all-time 300 yard games. 101 career starts Kurt Warner has an incredible 48 300-yard passing games. Compare that to Peyton Manning with 176 starts and 47 300-yard games, and Joe Montana who had 39 300-yard passing games in 192 career games. Warner is just 15 300-yard passing games away from all-time leader Dan Marino, and could pass him if he plays 2-3 more seasons.

Apparently you missed the point. There is no big argument here. The range of opinions is pretty much from "Yes, he does belong in the HOF" to "Its a close call." Not exactly a heated debate, and yet this is about the fourth thread "debating" the issue.

FYI - I posted a thread arguing that he should be in the HOF back in November.
