We play the Dolphins in the preseason. If by some miracle Turley is able to last that long, the game could be kind of interesting.

The Dolphins are really in a freewheeling mode these days. Besides letting Turley try out at TE, they're giving Vick a look, inerested in Joey Harrington and claim they want Ricky Williams back in 2007.

Jason Cole, of the Miami Herald, reports free agent TE Kyle Turley (Rams) has trimmed to 260 pounds after being well over 300 for most of his career. He looked downright graceful and had perhaps the most impressive day of anyone at the Miami Dolphins minicamp Friday, May 5. As noted earlier, he is trying out for the team.

I'm just glad he is seemingly over his back problems. Love him or hate him, nobody wants someone to spend the vast majority of their life (ie. after football) with an ailment as crippling as a screwed up back.

I wonder if he can catch the ball. I'll bet his back could do alright with limited blocking, but can he actually catch, that is the question.
