Whatever the money is, you can bet your left nutt that the big boy isnt going to want any less next year when he negotiates a long term contract with ziggy. Given that the cap will go up, this deal will be the starting point for what we have to pay the big boy.

The NFL Network's Adam Schefter is reporting the deal is worth $43.2 million, with $19 million guaranteed. It will keep Johnson, who had one year left on his old deal, with the Chiefs through 2012.
"It was a long, hard negotiation," general manager Carl Peterson said. "We are very happy to have all our children in camp now."
Johnson was in uniform, taking a swing pass from quarterback Brodie Croyle.
Chiefs spokesman Bob Moore said Johnson will speak to the media Wednesday.
Johnson has broken the Chiefs' single-season rushing record in each of the past two seasons. He ran for 1,789 yards last year and set an NFL record with 416 carries.
During his holdout, the team fined him more than $19,000 per day.
