Lamar Gordon, we hardly knew ye
Thought I'd continue to update what Gordon is doing in Miami.
-Week 1 vs. Titans: 12 carries for 32 yards (2.66 ypc), 5 receptions for 30 yards
-Week 2 vs. Bengals: 19 carries for 22 yards (1.16 ypc), 8 receptions for 44 yards
-Week 3 vs. Steelers: 4 carries for 10 yards (2.5 ypc)
-Season Totals: 35 carries for 64 yards (1.82 ypc), 13 receptions for 74 yardsLast edited by Nick; -09-27-2004 at 03:46 PM.

Re: Lamar Gordon, we hardly knew ye
To Lamar's credit, I saw parts of both games, and from what I could see, a genetic hybrid of Jim Brown, Walter Payton and Eric Dickerson would only average 2.9 yards per carry behind that O line.

Indeed, but since there is apparently a huge interest in how former Rams do with their new teams, I thought I'd keep people updated.

How clever of you!Indeed, but since there is apparently a huge interest in how former Rams do with their new teams, I thought I'd keep people updated.
Personally, I have no interest in any ex-Rams players or their performance on their respective teams (and that goes double for any ex-QB's). I find it silly that grown people would follow the exploits of an individual player when you have the uniform to root for. Quite frankly, that should be enough for the fans. I'm actually looking forward to when all players are replaced by programmable automatons and they can take this silly human element and eliminate it from the game altogether. In the meantime, I'll spend my time reading about the exploits your Tupac's, and Eminem's and shady Wall Street-types, now those are some heroes to look up to.
Gosh....I hope your right.....it's certainly missing around here. No wait, not missing, as there are those that disseminate truth on a daily basis...let's just say ignored then, shall we? :disappoinThe X(Ram)-Files... the Truth is Out There.Last edited by Yodude; -09-22-2004 at 02:57 AM.

Once a Ram, Always a Ram......(Except for Lawrence Phillips)
Gordon should do OK in Miami, not great, but good. It was still a solid trade for everyone.DJRamFan

Re: Lamar Gordon, we hardly knew ye
Again, not that Gordon has much of a chance behind the Dolphin offensive line, but that 3rd round pick looks pretty good right now, does it not?

I think you're exactly right, Avenger. The third round pick looks very, VERY good right now.

Re: Lamar Gordon, we hardly knew ye
Looks like this is all we'll see of Gordon this season; the Dolphins put him on IR. His season is over.
