lavar arrington

we all know the Lavar Aringtons pass rushing glory days are over, but the rams haven't greatly improved their passs rush. A better pass rush would help the youndg secondary players greatly. Maybe hell have a chance to reignite his career and would be an upgrade to the decent to say the least play of chillar? Also we didnt even draft a single linebacker picking him up would just ad more depth and experience to that linebacking core

Re: lavar arrington

draft is much better than arrington right now. Raonall smith is a solid #5 who will also play special teams. Arrington adds nothing for us at this point, kacyvenski would be much much better for us to sign. Draft had over 110 tackles last year, he has a great chance to play ahead of chillar.

ramming speed to all

That's because the Rams are really quite satisfied with the LBs they have. It's also why there was no chance we were going to pick Willis or Timmons in this draft, as I have been saying for months now. Having said that I would hope that the Rams would extend an offer to Kacyvenski, but only to help with our STs.

WHAT SAY YE?

That's right. Other than the minimal possibility that we would have found P. Willis at pick 13, LBs were not the priority in our 1st round selections. And as noted above, we should be fine with our current LB corps, thanks mainly to having veteran Draft on board.

I would then pass on Arrington. I believe B. Chillar and R. Smith will compliment the linebacking situation well enough to improve the defense this year.

Living in the DC area I've heard alot about Arrington....

Faults plays out of position and not reliable against the run. Injury Prone......

Good pass rusher....

IMHO he would be a good addition if the Rams use him as a 3rd down and long LB.......
