LeBentley Charles carted off-knee injury

Charles apparantly injured his knee, was on the ground for several minutes and had to be carted off during the browns first 11-11 practice.

Bad, bad luck, lets hope its not as serious as it appears. This is the kind of thing that makes me crazy about training camp.

1 player, 1 day, 1 training camp, 1 season lost OMG!!! Hopefully this wont happen to our guys.... Browns were so happy to be Charles, but he cant play any more, what bad luck!

it sucks for the browns, he was pretty much their best off-season acquisition, and would have helped that O-Line immensely. It didnt help that after getting Bentley the Browns traded away former starting C Jeff Faine

Yea, but he's not exactly a stalwart at the Center position. Eight years in the league, and not more than 47 starts. No more than 3 in any year since '02. Until they sign a FA Center ( Jeff Mitchell, Cory Raymer, Kendyl Jacox ), I'm guessing Dave Yovanovits, a guard, will be the back-up to Hallen.
