Like a rolling Stone...
Please tell me this isn't the Stone we cut going to play for "them":

Patriots: Team signs Stone and some other guy
The News
The Patriots made two moves in an attempt to shore up their roster after the losses of Rodney Harrison and Matt Light on Sunday. They signed free agent defensive back Michael Stone and center/guard Gene Mruczkowski (gazundheit), according to the Boston Globe. Stone started five games in his career after being selected in the second round of the 2001 draft by the Cardinals, and Mruczkowski was cut in training camp by the Patriots.
Our View
Both players are little more than roster-fillers; Stone has a better chance of playing in an extremely banged up secondary, while What's-his-name-owski will provide depth along the offensive line
