adarian, you seem to think that, in correcting your erroneous interpretation of the Constitution, I was expressing an opinion on how things should be. I was not. I was expressing an opinion on how things are.

It is true you have regurgitated the standard party line about "how things are." But that is not the same thing as my interpretation being erroneous. My interpretation just isn't popular with the lemmings. But neither was Dred Scott's interpretation of his status as a "citizen" under the Constitution.

Actually Pot to me is no more than a sleeping aid. Very seldom have I seen anybody get all wild , want to fight ,and start making crued remarks to women on the stuff! Alcohol is much worse. Problem is society or should I say the law has made it worse! And weed is also a do it in the now thing, because you don't wait til your retired to try or take it back up. In my experience of years of doing all kinds of stuff, Pot is the one that when you quit, there's really no desire to start up again. But man does it relax the hell out of you,and the craving for mom's chocolate chip cookies & milk is a bit overwhelming! :redface:

If anyone's really interested, I saw a documentary about the history of marijuana a while ago that was intriguing, entertaining, and well worth watching. It's called Grass.
