Marshall and Martz Together On NFL Network Total Access

7 PM EST. Could be interesting, although I'm expecting a love fest. Nothing wrong with that I guess.

Beats seeing Vermeil crying...I liked Martz as a coach..I understand a change was needed but he is a offense genius

Was pretty boring really. They talked about Calvin Johnson. Faulk asked Martz how his offense was and how he'd compare it to the Rams GSOT offense from 1999-2001. Martz said all he was missing was Faulk and he asked him to come play for him. Faulk laughed, said no. When it was wrapping up Martz said it was goog to talk with you and I'll see you soon hopefully. Faulk said, not anytime soon cause I'm not coming up to Detroit for anything. I thought that was pretty funny and couldn't tell if it was a diss on Detroit, Martz, or both.

Thanks for the info and that is pretty funny what Faulk said about going to Detroit,I don't blame him though,I have been there once and I'm in no hurry to go back either.

Definitely the softball love fest I expected with both guys saying "I miss you" in closing. Marshall did ask Martz about being a head coach again, to which Martz responded that he felt he still had some unfinished business in that area, but that he would be perfectly happy to end his career as the Lions OC, for whatever that's worth.

saw it too, martz was asked about how calvin johnson compared to torry, and also said that the missing piece of the puzzle (for the offense) was marshall. I also think Martz was pretty good, but bad drafting on the defensive side of the ball and front office mishap, etc., you know the story.

I don't know who on this board saw it, but Fran Charles was asking Marshall his favorite Chappelle Show comedy sketch, and he said it was Ashey Larry, LOL

We have 1 (ONE) Superbowl and Vermeil was the Leader of that staff and team. So as far as I'm concerned he can cry all he wants. :r:l
