    Marshawn Lynch to Seahawks

For a 4th rounder in 2011 and another (conditional) pick.

    Per Jay Glazer via Twitter.

Still not convinced he can be a feature back. Although they might be able to put together a "smash and Dash" with him and forsett.

They didnt nickname him the Beast for nothing, also he didnt make it to the probowl by just being average.

He made the pro bowl back in 2008 and hasn't done anything since. He's injury prone and has a rap sheet a mile long.

Maybe the guy will turn it around for you guys but I doubt it. Good luck.

    Re: Marshawn Lynch to Seahawks

I think Lynch is a very good back and should help the Seahawks running game. I also believe a change of scenery will do him some good. Although that rap sheet does not look good.

What do you guys think of Julius Jones being released, should the Rams bring him in for a workout.

I know the Rams are big on bringing in young talent, but does Julius still have some juice left. We do not have anyone that has alot of speed to execute those fast runs to the outside behind Jackson. Might be worth a look.

Although I am excited to see Kenneth Darby developing. He looks promising these last few weeks, but is he the real deal for a backup. Hes a good blocker and pass catcher but what if Jackson goes down....

    Go Rams 2010

I like Jones, i definately think hes worth a look. But judging by what our front office are doing, they may just be happy with Darby whilst developing Toston. Jackson is our feature back and does get most of the workload. Jones would be a nice of pace guy though
