I find it very strange that with all the coaching vacancies that Martz's phone is not ringing. KFFL is reporting Capers has been contacted by 5 different teams. And Martz one. Maybe Martz is not as respected in the NFL community as I thought, or maybe hoped. I am shocked to say the least.
do you think its his health or the fo problems that are keeping the phone from ringing, his record speaks for itself.
Or maybe its the way he manages a game. Or maybe it's the lack of discipline his players have shown. Or maybe it's the way he hires his friends as coaches and seemingly ignores special teams. It might be just me but those things might scare teams away.
Have anyone watched outside the lines this? I couldn't watch the whole interview but I think Martz said he is prepared to coach a football team not to handle the media, and that's pretty much his biggest opportunity.
