Martz interviewed for Lions Position

I just saw this on PTI, They were arguing (as usual) about weather they should hire him as a coach or an OC.

So what's the deal with this? I thought Martz was going to decide by Monday at the latest?

That would not look good if Martz told them he would decide by Monday and then doesn't get back to them until tuesday.

Did they offer him a specific contract that he is contemplating? Or just the job, and then they would have to work out the money?
