Monday Night Football Cancelled
ESPN has announced that MNF will be cancelled this week so that they can air Part 1 of their 12 part series, RGIII Watch 2012: A Nation Holds Its Collective Breath.
The league has joined ESPN, and asked all teams to fly their flags at half-staff until RGIII returns to the field.
President Obama will address the nation to try to restore calm and order to Americans everywhere.
Some day, we'll all sit around and ask "Where were you, when RGIII sprained his knee?"
Stay tuned.
Welcome to the St. Louis Rams!

I hear Kanye and Taylor are both performing at the benefit concert.

Re: Monday Night Football Cancelled
While I seriously doubt MNF will be cancelled I do believe a moment of silence will be requested from the nation.
It's the humane thing to do....

Meanwhile, under business as usual, inquiring minds want to know why is it, whenever Robert Kraft goes on Safari, every time he walks by a zebra, he starts humming, "I get by with a little help from my friends..."?

Re: Monday Night Football Cancelled
As I do with most cheatroits games, I set the DVR and then watch it later (if the cheatroits lose). Monday night's game I decided to see were the game was before going to bed. I did hear or see the score, only that the Texans were scoreless in the first half. I then watched the first two series, the opening kick and the Texans, and then the cheatriots. And then I stopped the recording and deleted it. Those two series told me all I needed to know about how that game would end up. The cheatroits got away with one of the most agregious PI that I have ever seen NOT called to force the Texans to punt. When the Texans stopped the cheatroits on 3rd and 6, a very suspect "Holding" was called on the Texans' secondary, and the cheatroits go on to score.
That game was not with the space on the HDD of my Tivo.
When a very obnixios cheatroits fan at work started to talk about the game, I simply told him that I would be COMPLETELY EMBARASSED to be a cheatroits fan.
BTW: the misspelling is adiquate for the type of OfishEeighting of that game.
