You can add Pacman Jones to that list this weekend, also. Too much time on their hands, apparently.Last edited by viper; -07-10-2011 at 01:52 PM.

Re: NFL lockout: 19 players arrested in 120 days
Yikes......now there's a list I'm glad doesn't include any Rams. Congrats to Britt for making it twice.
Interesting to see two Bucs there. I think TB is the team that most closely compares to The Rams in their rebuild status & it'll be fascinating to see if character becomes the defining issue as to which team breaks out first.
My Whiner friends tell me that Alex Smith may not have been arrested but he's considered a "person of interest" by the local authorities. No charges have been filed but he's suspected of impersonating a starting NFL QB.

I take all kinds of joy in making my Whiner friends choke on their brie n' chardonnay over that guy.
I wish I knew some Seahag fans- the stoned-looking homeless guy in a lumberjack shirt & covered in bird poo ( the usual hag fan profile, in other words) who hangs out in my alley might be one but we don't talk much- so I could get the truth about Pete Carroll. I think he'd probably be in custody if it weren't for the move into the Hypocrite Protection Program that brought him to Seattle.

Re: NFL lockout: 19 players arrested in 120 days
For anyone that's curious, that amounts to 1.1% of the NFL active rosters that have been arrested. Compared to the national average of 1.5% during that same time span, it seems that the NFL'ers are actually staying relatively calm.

Or they're better at not getting caught/talking their way out of it.

Let this be a lesson. Stealing a few bottles of alcohol from a casino deli concession is a felony! How stupid is Vrabel? Looks like as a result of this episode, he's retireing from the NFL and taking his act to a bastion of integrity, the Ohio State football program.Chiefs LB Mike Vrabel (felony theft)
