Re: Niners
like we heard already the division is ours to lose or win! a win this week gives us a shot to clinch division next week.
whiners must feel shafted, 3 called back TDs very funny! we should be able to twist the dagger they got stabbed with next week.

Re: Niners
They not only lose, they get punked in the process. Unfortunately they're still not mathematically eliminated from winning the West. We're going to have to see to that.
What's the deal with Singletary wearing sunglasses night or day, inside or outside, rain or shine? He's kind of a.......kook.

Re: Niners
That is true. And the falcons game is at a very good time because they are going to be fighting for home field throughout. Then the bucs come at a good time because they want to be a wildcard at least.
It seems we are holding the gun.
We just need to point it in the right direction.

For reference, please see AV's thread on all possibilities for the West Division.
So nice to see the Friskies lose. Mike, in answer to your question about Singletary with sunglasses, that's to hide he's got his eyes closed all the time -- can't stand to watch the misery.

Re: Niners
Lets put the Hags game in the back of our mind, and just go out and win the KC game this weekend!

Re: Niners
I only watched the first half. It was a bit worrisome at first. The 9ers got away with 2 personal fouls/unnecessary roughness and one blatant hands to the face in the first quarter. Not until smith got ejected did I think the officials weren't going to control the outcome. That hit out of bounds call was pretty ticky-tack (and boy did I love to see it), so maybe it was a make-up for not throwing a flag when the punt returner threw the ball at the downed punter earlier in the game, or maybe it was for when 9ers OL (76) shoved a SD DB to the ground well after the whistle was blown.
All in all, it is my hope that the 9ers have fallen out of favor, and that the league will allow the RAMS a fair shot at winning their next few games.
