AFC EAST
New England Patriots: Clinched AFC playoff berth.

Miami Dolphins: Can clinch playoff berth with:

1) Win or tie.
2) Seattle loss or tie.
3) N.Y. Jets win or tie plus Baltimore win or tie.

New York Jets: Can clinch playoff berth with:

1) Win or tie.
2) Seattle loss or tie.

AFC CENTRAL
Pittsburgh Steelers: Clinched AFC Central division title AND a first-round bye.

Pittsburgh can clinch home-field advantage throughout playoffs with:

1) Win or tie.
2) Oakland loss or tie.

Baltimore Ravens: Can clinch playoff berth with:

1) Win or tie.
2) Seattle loss or tie.

AFC WEST
Oakland Raiders: Clinched AFC West division title.

Oakland can clinch first-round bye with win plus Miami loss or tie plus N.Y. Jets loss or tie.

NFC EAST
Philadelphia Eagles: Can clinch NFC East title with win or tie.

NFC CENTRAL
Chicago Bears: Clinched NFC playoff berth.

Chicago can clinch NFC Central title AND a first-round bye with win plus Green Bay loss or tie.

Green Bay Packers: Clinched NFC playoff berth.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Can clinch playoff berth with win plus Atlanta loss or tie.

NFC WEST
St. Louis Rams: Clinched NFC playoff berth.

St. Louis can clinch NFC West title AND a first-round bye with:

1) Win
2) San Francisco loss

St. Louis can clinch home-field advantage throughout playoffs with win plus Chicago loss or tie.

San Francisco *****: Clinched NFC playoff berth.

NOTE: The eventual NFC West champion clinches a bye.

The following teams have been officially eliminated from playoff contention: Arizona, Buffalo, Carolina, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Dallas, Denver, Detroit, Indianapolis, Jacksonville, Kansas City, Minnesota, San Diego, Tennessee and Washington.
