Re: The one thing Warnerites dread most...
I still think it's a semi-smokescreen.
I know Warner wanted Haley to stay around, and he of course wants Boldin to stay. Well, Haley is gone, and the Cards have yet to budge on anything Boldin. He even said he would stay with the Cards if the would give him a proper contract (after years of saying he's out no matter what), yet nothing. Warner may not want to deal with the front office organization, who still look like they may be too cheap to try to get slightly better and push for a Super Bowl.
Oh well, better news for us in the coming years... unless Warner does go to the 9ers
I'm all for him continuing his career, but I may pass out if I see that SF logo on him!

This should remind EVERYONE what exactly the NFL is......a business. Nothing more.

Re: The one thing Warnerites dread most...
I like Warner. I was happy to see him have the kind of season he just had. However, there is no way I can see myself rooting for him as a Bay City Roller. Why would he want to leave a good O-line and Larry Fitzgearald behind?
That's my story, and I'm sticking to it!!
