I know what you're thinking. Some of you are backing the old vet. "Favreites," you'll call yourself. Others want to move on and give the young gun a chance. You'll refer to yourselves as "Rogersites."

Don't go down that road. If you do, there's no turning back. Brother will war upon brother... It will never end. Ten years from now, some fan who posts on a Packers' site as "Cheddarhead," or "BrettRules," or "LeaderOfThePack" will still be posting about his regrets over how things ended.

Stay together. You won't agree on the QB, but don't let it tear you apart. Don't lose your unity over this.

I was getting a whiff of something I vaguely recognized the smell of. I checked my shoes.. nope nothing there...

I may be blind in one eye and cannot see out of the other but the cynicism wasn't lost on me. Somebody thinks that there is dissension in the ranks. That was what I smelled. Rank!
