Pacman Jones Quote
My intern, Madison, tracked down Pacman Jones and obtained the following quote:
"Sometimes, I feel like my whole life is a maze. I'm constantly running, consuming everything in my path. Behind me, the ghosts of my past are in pursuit. At times, I am able to turn the table on them, but then, in a flash, they are chasing me again. It never ends. When I finish one maze, another pops up and the whole thing starts all over again."
Truly, a troubled young man.

Re: Pacman Jones Quote
Sounds like someone with a monkey on his back in one form or another.
"...and a great new warrior emerged from the many, to carry the torch, and his name was Rammin' Jackson...and a new era had begun! Bring on the battles to come, he screamed!"

No, I think you're thinking of his brother, Mario "Donkey Kong" Adams.

Re: Pacman Jones Quote
Maybe if Pacman stopped hanging out with the ghosts of his past, he wouldn't have to turn the tables on them.

Re: Pacman Jones Quote
I think it falls back to his drug problem. The "high" from those little magic pills wears off quicker and quicker as life goes on.
"Before the gates of excellence the high gods have placed sweat; long is the road thereto and rough and steep at first; but when the heights are reached, then there is ease, though grievously hard in the winning." --- Hesiod

I also understand he had some sort of fever as a child. Some remarked that it was driving him crazy, and that he was going out of his mind.
Note: if you got that reference, you are both old, and are good at recognizing obscure pop culture references.

Re: Pacman Jones Quote
If he dumps the crowd he hangs around in, he would be fine, or at least much better off. Steve McNair said while he was with TEN asked him what he would choose between the NFL and his friends, he said he would choose his friends. The guy's priorities are so messed up and it's gonna end up getting him killed.

Re: Pacman Jones Quote
Probably not too many
5 career TD's = 30 points = Not even close to getting an extra life
