    Pickett in a car accident

Packers | Pickett in a car accident; misses practice
    Sat, 29 Jul 2006 16:40:02 -0700

The Associated Press reports Green Bay Packers DT Ryan Pickett missed practice Saturday afternoon, July 29, after sustaining what Packers head coach Mike McCarthy described as "minor injuries" in a car accident near Lambeau Field. Pickett was not injured seriously enough to go to the hospital, McCarthy said, instead reporting to the team's doctors for treatment.

I don't think we will miss Pickett as he was in a contract year and Kennedy will step up and surpass him. Then again, I am drinking LOL

Re: Pickett in a car accident

The most annoying thing about Pickett, as well as Arch and Damione Lewis, was that they were first rounders

You also have to consider that Marcus Stroud and Kris Jenkins were both available as well, and what a Rams line would have been like with Stroud, Jenkins and Leonard Little. The Rams could have put anyone at the other DE spot and they would have a Pro Bowl year just due to the attention going to the other three.
