If i couldnt pick rams...... id choose Patriots..... they got rodney harrison, richard seymor back and healthy and then the draft, they got lawerence maroney, and chad jackson
Good call RF4Ever!
I think this year will be the most open season for many years and with the way the Pats run their ship they have as much chance as anyone!
every team i think of tipping seem to have a key ingredient missing! e.g the Colts without Edge, the Steelers without lady luck, the Seahawks without Hutch and bottle etc...
I think Cinncinnati would've and should've won last year, if Palmer was healthy throughout that steelers game, they would've won, its just fate that the Bus went home with a ring. But yea, if Cinncinnati gets Palmer back to healthy state, who knows, I really think they did great last year, definitely underrated in my opinion
New season, new odds, new contenders.
I can eliminate the Tards, Whiners, Texans, Dolphins, Saints, Packers, Vikings, Lions, and maybe the Bills, Browns, Chiefs (how long since their last playoff game?), Faders, Dirty Birds...
This leaves 19 teams. Obviously, some teams don't have as far to go as others. Considring all the changes that have been made during the offseason, those 19 are on a more level field than they were in January.
I'd be willing to guess that this year the last two standing will not be the 'perrenial favorites', but teams that work hard to get to the playoffs. The AFC should be represented by Denver or Indy, the NFC is still open.
I think the Broncos have a good chance, they came close last year and with the addition of Walker I think they can go just as far this year. I also think the Giants will improve majorly
Right now.....I'm thinking Carolina but I'm not totally sold yet.
I think Atl could win it but not sure about Vick. The year they destroyed us in the playoffs (2 yrs ago) they almost did it.
My other choice is the Giants. They have improved their secondary a lot and Manning is maturing and Tiki is a stud.
i would of said Chargers but since Brees is gone i dont really think they will be winning a lot of games...... I just dont think Philips is ready.
I'll take texans or bills since i can't choose the rams, so i might as well pick the unlikeliest of teams to win.
Realistically, I would go with the Panthers or Colts.
I like Cinci, but I just can't bring myself to predict a Bengals Super Bowl win. The Panthers' RB situation worries me, as does the Bears' QB situation. The Giants look good, the Colts look good, but it's never who I really think it'll be, so I'll go with the TO-enhanced Cowboys.
i forgot that the giants signed LaVar Arrington....... he is really going to boost their D-fence..... i'm glad the rams dont have to face them this season
I can't believe anyone hasn't said it yet....
*drum roll*
The Redskins
I think with additions of two no. 2 wide recievers, safety help no matter how bad you guys think arch is, and basically having three head coaches(coordinators were recruited as head coaches).
I think they made a mistake spending so much money on this year and trying to hard to get there this year.
i say may be the broncos
