To start out with an explanation, as there are 22 players on the field, 11 offense, 11 defense, we will create a 22 round draft/list of players;

In round 1, all drafted players have a value of 100.
In round 2, all drafted players have a value of 98.
In round 3, all drafted players have a value of 96.
This continues down until round 22, where all drafted players have would then have a value of 58.
