If what Sherman said was true during an offseason event where Crabtree was rubbing him the wrong way, I don't blame him for speaking with his emotions in the heat of the moment. That said, I don't condone his words in front of the media and he would've been better off keeping it to himself or off camera. It wouldn't surprise me if those two pull a Finnegan-Johnson skirmish next time they meet.
There is a time and a place.
On the field it should be 100% about the team, not your own personal agenda.
I don't mind much of what he said except that it distracts from the accomplishment of the team.

Doesn't show food being thrown, shows some popcorn falling out of the stands. Could just have easily spilled when a fan leaned over to look.
