Richie Incognito spills his guts about his time with the Rams

Thought this and interesting video. Richie comes clean on his "tude" when playing as a Ram.

Great video. I didn't know any of that stuff about drug use and depression. I must admit, Richie sounds pretty intelligent and articulate in the interview.

Two Incognito memories stick out in my mind, Richie eating a candy bar on the sideline and having Haslett slap it out of his hand, and the penalty against Washington that made a chip shot field goal for the win, a nail biter. That was when I was done with Richie Incognito.

I'm glad he's turned himself around, too bad it wasn't as a Ram.

Thanks for posting this. I still have no respect for the guy no matter how much he turns around but this is interesting.

Glad to hear he's turning his life around. I still don't like him as a player or want him back in the horns, but I hate hearing when talented NFL players lose everything from off field demons.

Pretty much what Mike said. Always liked his ability and the way he stuck up for team mates. It's clear to anyone who watched him he had mental problems, so I'm glad for him he's got it under control. I'd take the new Incognito back in a heart beat.
