Seattle 42 Eagles Zip
Did anyone watch this game? I got home tonight after playing indoor soccer, we had a first win with this new team, and I turned on the tv to see Seattle up by 42 points and lots of white snowflakes in the air.
What in the world happened in the first half? I keep missing Seattle scoring points. I want to see this number 1 offense for myself. I saw nothing exciting happening. I guess all the action happened in the 1st half.
Did they look good? Were the Eagles that bad? Anyone watch the game?

Eagles turnovers early and often. 2 ints returned for touchdowns and a fumble for a third. Offense only put up 190 plus yards, but they sat starters in the 2nd half.
Game was over early ....

Re: Seattle 42 Eagles Zip
Yep, it was pretty much a defensive show for Seattle against a pretty poor offense.

Mike McMahon completed passes to more Seahawks than Eagles.

Nice to see a team in greater disarray than the Rams!
Welcome to the St. Louis Rams!

Re: Seattle 42 Eagles Zip
Seattle's opening drive went for 16 plays and used up 8 minutes. 7-0
Then Dyson made a beautiful play and ran one back 72 yards. 14-0
Then Tatupu made another great play, read the pass perfect, and ran one back 38 yards. 21-0
Tatupu then deflected a pass, Boulware came down with it, and ran it down to the 2. Alexander punched it in. 28-0
Seattle had another good drive for 53 yards, Alexander TD. 35-0
Leroy Hill then crushed Philly's running back, he fumbles, Dyson scoops it, runs it in. 42-0
The offense looked good, the defense was on fire and extremley aggressive. Making plays on the ball more than the Eagle receivers."We were facing the No. 1 offense in the National Football League", Vitt said.

I don't think Hasselback passed for over a 100 yards last night and the Seahawks still posted 42. On the road, in Philadelphia, in the snow.
If that's not impressive to some of you, then you still think the Rams have all the talent in the world this year to win the Super Bowl.

Mine too. The defense rendered Hasselbeck and Alexander unnecessary and left me six points short of a win. Never saw that one coming...

That's wild because I also lost by 6 points in my fantasy league.

Its to close to call but I think Seattle won the division LOL The rams have a few adjustments to make on D. We suffered a lot of injuries as well. But I think we will be back on top next season. Somebody also has to stop that one running back. Whats his name? Oh Yah Shaun Alexander! Seattle has the NFC this year!
