Smith agrees to deal with Browns

Smith, who had spent two different tenures with the TennesFree agent defensive tackle Robaire Smith agreed to a four-year deal with the Cleveland Browns Wednesday evening.

see Titans, was allowed to test the free agent market after this off-season when he and the team could not agree on a contract at the conclusion of the season.

It marks the second time Smith, originally a sixth-round pick of the Titans in 2000, has left the organization. He left after 2003 for a free-agent deal with the Houston Texans and came back to the Titans this past season when the Texans released him.

That's a good fit for him. They really needed help at the defensive end spot in their 3-4.
